Benefit Spotlight May 2024 – Tuition Assistance

While the stock market may have its ups and downs, there’s one investment that’s always a good bet—and that’s YOU!

At CommonWealth, we think you’re a great investment and that’s why we offer three types of financial assistance to help you earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree or save for your future educational needs—depending on where you’re at in your higher education journey.

Tuition Reimbursement

If you’re currently enrolled in a college degree program, you may be eligible for our tuition reimbursement program that allows you to seek reimbursement for up to $5,000 per calendar year.

Student Loan Paydown

If you’ve already earned your college degree but are still making student loan payments, we can help! Through our partnership with Gradifi, we offer $100/month of assistance to help you paydown your student loan for a bachelor’s degree and $200 a month of assistance to help paydown your student loan for a master’s degree.

ScholarShare 529

If you plan on going to college in the future—or maybe you’re wanting to help your kids or grandkids pay for college—check out our ScholarShare 529 plan that allows you to save money on a tax-deferred basis. The money you save can then be used in the future for a college degree program or to attend a technical or vocational school.
